Meet Marie Wright 

Marie Wright brings over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, with deep expertise in cleanroom contamination control. She holds a BSc in Applied Microbiology and an MSc in Medical Microbiology, and is a registered PRINCE2 Project Manager.

Marie specializes in contamination control strategy development, with particular emphasis on Annex 1 compliance. Her expertise spans cleanroom design and behaviors, gowning, cleaning and disinfection protocols, and environmental monitoring. She has provided extensive technical support for disinfectant efficacy testing and validation, including the design, execution, and mentoring of validation studies.

Throughout her career, Marie has led cross-functional teams in the creation of sustainable contamination control programs aligned with evolving regulatory expectations. Her technical leadership and strategic insight strengthen Contec’s commitment to supporting customers in maintaining control of critical cleanroom environments.
